1. เปิด Outlook.
2. Click Files> Info> Add Account…

3. ใน E-mail tab, คลิก New…
4. เลือก Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, orHTTP, คลิก Next.
5. ใส่ชื่อ , อีเมล์ที่ต้องการใช้งาน เช่น username@your_domain.com.
6. เลือก ‘Manually configure server settings or additional server types‘

7. Internet E-mail Settings
8. ใส่ชื่อ อีเมลื (including ‘@gmail.com’ or ‘@your_domain.com’)
- Account Type เลือก IMAP
- Incoming server : imap.gmail.com
- Outgoing server (SMTP) : smtp.gmail.com.
- ใส่ username /password ของอีเมล์ที่ถูกต้อง user@your_domain.com
- คลิกที่ More Settings.

9. Advanced tab.
-Incoming server ใส่ 993 เลือก SSL
-Outgoing server ใส่ 587, เลือกTLS

10. Outgoing Server tab. ทำเครื่องหมายที่ ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’

11. คลิก OK, คลิก Next, Close, และ Finish.
